Why is the turkey wrapped in prosciutto?

Davide wraps the stuffed turkey breast in prosciutto to keep it incredibly moist during cooking, add rich Italian flavour, and create stunning presentation when sliced. The 1.5kg turkey breast is all the meat people prefer, with no awkward carving, and reheats beautifully without drying out.With a bit of oven space management, you can have everything ready simultaneously without stress—it's far easier than cooking everything from scratch!

When should I order and when will it be delivered?

Order as early as possible—we make limited quantities and sell out fast every year. Early ordering gives you first choice of delivery dates. We recommend delivery by December 22nd at the latest so the turkey or ham has time to thaw properly (24-48 hours in the fridge). Ordering early guarantees you won't miss out.
