Rebecca's Smoked Mushroom, Feta & Walnut Rolls (Vg)

Title: 4 Rolls

In these delightful vegetarian rolls portobello mushrooms are sautéed with thyme, mushroom, soy and a touch of smoke.  Then they are combined with feta and roasted walnuts and expertly wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious!

  • Cook from frozen:
    Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 180C
    Step 2 - Bake 15 to 20mins
    Step 3 - Allow 2-3mins to cool before serving

    🥗 Best served with a side salad and some tomato sauce

    Portobello Mushrooms, Puff Pastry, Zucchini, Feta, Walnuts, Full Cream Milk, Egg, Panko Crumbs, Olive Oil, Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Thyme, Liquid Hickory Smoke, Poppy Seeds.
