Pork and Chive Dumplings

Handmade from scratch, these free range pork and chive dumplings are made to a recipe that has been passed down through generations. Handmade from scratch and yes that means the pastry too!  My kids ask me for them all the time, so much so that they are a staple in their school lunch boxes, yum!

  • 🍴 x20 Dumplings per serving (350g)

    Preparation: Cook from frozen

    Step 1 - Oil the base of the dumplings
    Step 2 - Steam 15-20 mins or pan fry (see below)

    You can alternatively:

    Pan fry from frozen with a bit of oil, add dumplings once oil is hot with a cup of water. Close the lid until all the water is dry and the dumplings have turned golden brown and crispy.

    💡 Comes with a homemade Chilli Oil

    Dumplings: plain flour, pork, water, garlic chive, garlic, salt, sugar, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce
    Sichuan Sauce:Dried chilli, sichuan peppers, garlic and olive oil.
