Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 extra large bananas (or 4 small), peeled
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter, softened 
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1/3 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
    • Optional - Honey

Method

  1. Place the tortilla on a flat surface and cover the whole surface with the softened peanut butter (this makes it easier to spread without the tortilla ripping).
  2. Place the bananas long way on the wrap and roll up like a sushi roll
  3. Smear the nutella along one edge of the rolled log.
  4. Place the coconut onto a plate and shake to spread out, place the banana sushi, nutella side down, into the coconut and roll.
  5. Slice the sushi with a sharp knife, we slice each tortilla into 8 pieces.
  6. Drizzle with honey and devour!
