Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 2 extra large bananas (or 4 small), peeled
- 5 tbsp peanut butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1/3 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
- Optional - Honey
Method
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface and cover the whole surface with the softened peanut butter (this makes it easier to spread without the tortilla ripping).
- Place the bananas long way on the wrap and roll up like a sushi roll
- Smear the nutella along one edge of the rolled log.
- Place the coconut onto a plate and shake to spread out, place the banana sushi, nutella side down, into the coconut and roll.
- Slice the sushi with a sharp knife, we slice each tortilla into 8 pieces.
- Drizzle with honey and devour!
