This discount code promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nextdoor Australia Pty Ltd located at Australia Square Level 33, 264 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Nextdoor”) and FoodStreetCo Pty Ltd located at 19/50 Meatworks Ave, Oxford Falls NSW 2100 (“FoodSt”). This Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are the age of majority, who join Nextdoor during the promotion term via the unique code received in mail communications from Nextdoor regarding the Promotion and who have had their address confirmed by Nextdoor (each, a “Neighbor”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Nextdoor and FoodSt, the legal, promotion and advertising agencies of any aforementioned entity, and their immediate family members, and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Promotion, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Existing users of Nextdoor are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”), which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion.
This Promotion ends on the 30th of June, 2022, and Neighbors must have joined Nextdoor on or before the Promotion end date. In order to receive the Discount (defined below) after the Neighbor joins Nextdoor and has their address confirmed by Nextdoor, Neighbor must enter the unique codes contained in the email communication sent to the Neighbor while making a purchase on FoodSt’s website at https://foodst.com.au/pages/nextdoor. Any independent purchases will not be counted. The email communication sent to Neighbor will contain three (3) discount codes and each Neighbor may use a maximum of one (1) of such three (3) discount codes at a time (and shall not use more than three (3) discount codes in total) during the promotion period. The discount is valued at a total of $60 AUD issued as separate discounts of $30 AUD, $15 AUD and $15 AUD, respectively, off the total amount due for each such purchase on FoodSt’s website (the “Discount”). The Discount amount shall equal the lower of (i) $30 AUD, $15 AUD or $15 AUD, respectively, and (ii) the total transaction amount. In the event of cancellation or refund of the transaction, the Discount shall not be applied. The Discount is not transferable and has no cash value. [Each Discount shall apply at the time of payment for a purchase on FoodSt’s website of at least $70 AUD.] The Discount expires following the six-month anniversary of the date Neighbor receives the unique codes contained in the email communication sent to the Neighbor.
All decisions are final at the sole discretion of Nextdoor. Except as otherwise stated in these Terms, personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Nextdoor website, located at https://nextdoor.com.au/privacy_policy, and the privacy policy found on the FoodSt website.
Nextdoor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion in the event of an act of G-d, COVID or other pandemics and pandemic issues, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, cancellation or postponement of any event. Nextdoor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or receiving a Discount if, in its sole discretion, it determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Nextdoor representatives. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Discounts by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that participant's Discount and that participant may be disqualified.
By receipt of the Discount, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Nextdoor, FoodSt, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and offer suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the Discount.
