Michelle's Lasagne

You know when the craving strikes and you just feel like a really hearty, delicious lasagne? Well here is where you get it. Handmade with love, the meat is slow cooked to develop flavour and the béchamel sauce is thick and creamy, made by hand. I use fresh lasagne sheets and layer extra cheese between the layers and on top to develop a yummy crust.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 35mins (Single) to 1h (Serves 6)

    🥖 This meal is delicious served with garlic bread
    🥗 Also great with a fresh salad

    Ingredients: Beef mince, tomato passata, milk, cheese, butter, flour (Wheat), tomato paste, bay leaves, carrots, mushrooms, celery, zucchini, red wine, worstershire sauce, beef stock, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper, pasta
