Vicky's Mie Ayam

Mie Ayam is one of the most popular street foods in Indonesia. You can easily find it almost anywhere, from street food carts to famous restaurants. This dish has a special place in my heart as it reminds me of my hometown.

We are a family of noodle eaters and this recipe is one of my family favourites! Fresh egg noodles are tossed with all the flavours and topped with chicken for a life-saving meal on a busy night

  • 🍴 Serves 2 (500g)

    Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost first - either in your microwave or overnight
    Step 2 - Reheat in the microwave until hot (approx 2-3 mins)

    😋 Best served with a fresh salad
