Everyone loves crispy roast potatoes at Christmas, but nobody loves making them. All that peeling, par-boiling and roasting takes time and precious oven space. Ours are already prepared and ready to roast straight from frozen.

Made withrich duck fat, rice bran oil and fragrant rosemary, these roast potatoes are coated in fine semolina before roasting to create beautifully golden, crunchy edges and a soft, fluffy centre.

The secret?Cook them straight from frozen. No defrosting, no preparation. Just pop them into a hot oven for perfectly crispy duck fat roast potatoes, without the Christmas Day fuss.

Preparation Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Remove plastic packaging & place into preheated oven.
  3. Roast for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve straight away - if you cover them they may lose their crispness.

Alternatively, place into a 180°C air fryer for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, tossing half way through.

FAQ's

No defrosting needed go straight from the freezer into a preheated 180°C oven for around 30 minutes, until golden and crisp. Remove the outer packaging first.

They're designed to sit alongside any protein, roast chicken, pork, beef, or a simple weeknight grill. They also work well as part of a bigger spread with other FoodSt sides.

Unfortunately, they're cooked in duck fat, so they're not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
