This meal contains deliciously cooked eggplant & scrambled tofu in a spicy, moorish sauce completed by Jasmine rice. The perfect balance of flavours that you'd find at your local Chinese restaurant serving fish fragrant eggplant.

    Reheating Instructions:

    1. Defrost meal in microwave or fridge overnight.

    2. Reheat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. (Our foil is microwave safe!)

    Ingredients: Eggplant, red wine vinegar (sulphites), gluten free soy sauce, tofu (soy), garlic, sugar, corn flour, peanuts, chilli oil, vegetable oil, organic vegetable stock, jasmine rice.
