Gavin's Slow Cooked Beef, Roast Veg & Red Wine Jus

Gavin's has done the hard work so you don't have to! A beautiful roast that reheats in no time allowing you to enjoy the full flavours of a roast dinner with no effort at all! 

This is a classic dish of meltingly tender, slow cooked beef brisket, served with roasted vegetables including potato, sweet potato and pumpkin, peas and an absolutely delicious red wine jus to accompany.

  Reheating Instructions:

  1. Defrost meal in microwave or fridge overnight.

  2. Reheat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. (Our foil is microwave safe!)

  Ingredients: beef, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, peas, herbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, stock, red wine, tomato paste, cornflour.

• Growing up, I was always cooking and creating in the kitchen with my mother, growing fresh produce in our garden, experimenting with dishes at home, and was brought up eating kale, spinach and humous before they were well-known foods!
