Maurice's Lasagne

A delicious and perfectly balanced combination of Beef and Pork mince a rich Napolitana sauce infused with herbs, layered between pasta sheets and topped with a creamy and silky béchamel sauce. This meal has been in our family for generations. I first remember eating it when I was just a little boy, my Grandmother had made it and was feeding it to me. It has always made me feel warm and secure and happy.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 50 mins (single) to 60 mins (family)

    Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving

    Ingredients: Beef, Red Wine,
    Milk, Tomatoes, Onions, Pork, Tomato puree, Butter, Flour (wheat), Olive Oil, Parmesan cheese, Bay leaves, White pepper, Garlic, Ground cinnamon, Dried oregano, Dried thyme, Salt, Durum Wheat Semolina.
