Being of Italian background I find Mediterranean cooking my go to for everyday meals. I am inspired by certain chefs such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver and Donna Hay, and love to try their recipes.

Cooking has always been part of our family life and I find it satisfying when my children request certain meals and invite friends over for family dinners. Both my children have moved out and are competent cooks and always ask for advise on how to make a dish/meal.

I have joined FoodSt because I love the idea of people being able to eat home made food. I understand some people are unable to cook regularly and this way they are able to prepare a meal for themselves or their family that is not only fresh but also authentic
