Each hamper includes 7–8 thoughtfully selected dishes made by our FoodSt cooks with fresh, high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. Meals are freshly frozen, keeping for 2 months so they can be used whenever needed. With options for singles/couples or families, these hampers offer real help through nourishment, giving recipients one less thing to worry about. Available across NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT, with next-day delivery in Sydney Metro.

All meals are freshly frozen and will keep for 2–3 months, giving recipients the flexibility to use them as and when needed. There’s no pressure — the food will be there when it matters most.

We currently deliver our bereavement and condolence meal hampers across NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. Sydney Metro customers can access next-day delivery, while regional and interstate deliveries usually take 2–7 days depending on location. All meals arrive frozen in insulated packaging so they stay fresh during transit. This makes it easy to send sympathy hampers to loved ones, whether they are nearby or interstate.
