We are a couple who just love to cook and eat together and to entertain guests.  

We have a love of all things Greek, especially the cuisine.  Nectarios has Greek heritage and uses his late mother’s traditional recipes that come  from the island of Symi. He is passionate about cooking hearty meat and seafood dishes that are true comfort food. He is an abstract artist who paints beautiful canvases in his home studio. 

Anna is a kiwi.  She is pescatarian so her speciality is delicious vegetarian meals and decadent desserts. Prior to Covid she worked as a cook for Cirque du Soleil, feeding the large cast and crews of travelling shows around Australia and Asia.  She found inspiration working with the talented international crews of chefs on tour and by the amazing produce available in each city.  She also worked for many years as a film crew caterer, feeding the cast and crews on movie and tv sets. 

We look forward to getting married one day and plan to honeymoon in Greece and New Zealand, we will be sure to eat all the local specialities and taste the wines!
