Rebecca's Smoked Mushroom, Feta & Walnut Rolls (Vg)

In these delightful vegetarian rolls portobello mushrooms are sautéed with thyme, mushroom, soy and a touch of smoke.  Then they are combined with feta and roasted walnuts and expertly wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious!

  • Cook from frozen:
    Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 180C
    Step 2 - Bake 15 to 20mins
    Step 3 - Allow 2-3mins to cool before serving

    🥗 Best served with a side salad and some tomato sauce

I look forward to these on a busy night

I get these ones just for me - sorry kids!! They are my go to on a busy night when we are out doing sports. I pop it in the airfryer while I go get ready and take it with me when I head out. Delicious!!! The flavour combinations are amazing.

Subtle flavours wrapped in pastry. I loved these and wish I had the recipe lol something different but definitely impressive

These rolls look like sausage rolls but are a hundred times more tasty, delicious and delicately flavoured. They are great with a salsa, chilli sauce or just ketchup.
