Manjari's Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

"I developed this style of butter chicken using techniques I've learnt over the years to bring in the beautiful flavours. This recipe is tedious but I wouldn't take any shortcuts as it wouldn't truly represent the authentic flavours of my butter chicken."

    Reheating Instructions:

    1 - Defrost in microwave or fridge overnight

    2 - Microwave until hot, approx 4-5 mins.

    🍚 Best served with Rice, Jeera Rice or Naan
