I have been cooking from a very young age, guided at first by the skillful and resourceful knowledge of my Mother and then through prolific exploration of food markets, of cooking and nutrition books, learning new techniques, experimenting with ingredients, learning the science of changes with heat and combining ingredients, the art of flavours.

    Lovely!

    These mini cupcakes have a lovely flavour of citrus and rose. Topped with pistachio nuts and rose petals, they are so pretty! They’re just the right size for a teatime (or anytime!) treat without being too heavy. Second time I’ve ordered this and it won’t be the last.

    This meal was a bit salty for me, but I think Teriyaki sauce is always a bit salty - no reflection on the cook. Also the quantity was a bit light - not enough if you have a large appetite on the night.
