Nasheet's Hyderabadi Haleem (H)

Hyderabadi Haleem is a staple food for big family celebrations and the festival of Ramadan. Typically eaten for breakfast before sunrise as it’s so filling and, thanks to the nutrients it’s jam packed with, it’s super efficient at slowly releasing energy throughout the day.

My favourite Food St meal to date

This meal blew my socks off. Absolutely full of flavour, such a unique dish with a unique texture. The spice is definitely there, and the layers of flavour were spectacular..

Gorgeous in flavour and texture

We had this last night (ordered several weeks ago) - wow, what a delicious meal!! We had it with rice. The flavour is beautiful, and texture is perfect - creamy and smooth but still with the strands of perfectly cooked mutton. Will definitely order again.

I will just say that the ‘mild’ spice rating may surprise some people - it’s not your typical chilli-hot, but the heat does build a bit after a little while. Give it a try though, it’s worth it.

Very delicious

We were impressed. An extremely well cooked dish. Excellent spice mix in the haleem. We had it with rice. It was so good we ordered more!
