Davide's Ricotta Gnocchi, Mushrooms & Burnt Sage Butter

Title: Serves 1

These gnocchi are so light and delicate, they are paired perfectly with mushrooms and a delicious burnt sage butter sauce. The Asiago cheese adds an almost truffle like taste to the dish. It's really delicious!

"I love all sorts of gnocchi and the ricotta ones are one of those! This version is so light and fluffy and are also made without any added gluten. Bursting with Italian food flavours starting with a burnt butter and sage sauce, the sautéed mushrooms and the finishing touch of the grated Asiago cheese (a very typical mild cheese from the area where I’m originally from) are the best combinations ever!"

  • 🍴 Serves 1

    Preparation:

    1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave

    2 - Give it a gentle stir

    3 - Reheat in the microwave for 3-5 mins or until hot (our foil containers are microwave safe!)

    🥗Pairs perfectly with a rocket salad with avocado, tomato and balsamic vinegar
