"This is one of the classic Italian ‘cicchetti’ (small snacks in Venetian language) that you find in every ‘Bacaro’ (typical bar in Venice, where I come from) so they bring up so many memories to me. Preparation Instructions

Cook from frozen

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C
Step 2 - Place arancini on an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes.

or AIR FRYER: 15 Minutes at 160C

From frozen, bake in the oven at 180°C for around 20 minutes until golden and hot inside. If using an air fryer, cook at 160°C for 15 minutes. For extra flavour, Davide suggests grating parmesan on top or serving with aioli or a simple tomato dipping sauce.

Yes, they’re completely vegetarian. They do contain milk, butter, and eggs, so not suitable for vegan diets.
