  • Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in fridge or use microwave on defrost setting.

    Step 2 - Remove lid & sauces, reheat in microwave for approx 6 mins or until heated through - our foil is microwave safe!

    🍴Serve with the sauces provided - these do not need to be reheated.

    Ingredients: lamb shanks (Halal), salt, vegetable oil, sela rice, onions, carrots, raisins, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, tomatoes, coriander, green chilli, lemon.
