Davide's Tuscan Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi (Vg)

Title: Serves 1 (400g)

"During my career as a chef when I was living in Italy, I worked in a restaurant in Siena (Tuscany) that’s where I learned how to make these Gnudi. They were on the menu served different ways, but I really loved them as they are fluffy and they remind me of gnocchi!"

Davide's Gnudi are delicately light pillows of spinach and ricotta paired perfectly with tomato sugo and finished with mozzarella and parmesan.

    Preparation (cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C

    Step 2 - Remove lid and bake for 18-22 minutes. (10-14 minutes if defrosted). Alternatively you can microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot.

    🥗 This is a great complete meal but works well with a simple side salad.

    Ingredients: baby spinach, ricotta (milk), flour (wheat, gluten), parmesan (milk), eggs, mozzarella (milk), tomato, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt.
