Bec's Vietnamese Chicken Pho

One of Vietnam's most iconic dishes, Pho (pronounced 'fuh') is sheer comfort food that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Bec has created this beautifully balanced pho by simmering her broth low and slow, containing aromatic spices like ginger, star anise and cinnamon to create a fragranced broth that's amazingly good. 

Pho is typically garnished with ingredients like Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and chilli. It's also often served with hoisin and sriracha on the side for extra depth.

  • 🍴 Single Serve

    Reheating Instructions, open pouch before reheating:

    1. Place frozen soup into microwave and heat for 5-6 minutes or until hot

    OR: Defrost soup overnight and heat for 3 minutes or until hot.

    2. Whilst soup is reheating, place noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes, drain & rinse to remove excess starch.

    3. Place the noodles into a bowl and top with the heated broth.

    🌿 Best served with fresh herbs such as Thai Basil & Mint, Bean Sprouts and optional Hoisin and Chilli Sauce
