Iris' Chicken Satay Sticks

Size: 10 sticks

Chicken Satay is our favourite family BBQ.  It's something my whole family love and I can't wait for you to try some!

For this recipe I prepare fresh free range chicken withsoy, palm sugar, salt and lemongrass paste. I then marinate and skewer. For my homemade satay sauce I take roasted peanuts and my own homemade red curry paste and cook it with coconut milk, salt, soy, palm sugar. It's truly delicious!

  • 🍴 x 10 sticks per serve, each chicken stick weights about 40g

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Add a tablespoon of oil in a pan
    Step 3 - Pan fry on medium heat (4mins each side)


    Ingredients: Chicken Sticks: free range chicken, lemongrass paste (lemongrass, garlic, galangal, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves), salt, palm sugar, soy
    Satay sauce: red curry paste (red capsicum, lemongrass, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric, red shallot), coconut milk, peanut, palm sugar, salt, soy

    Contains: Nuts, Soy
