The Kitchen is where I go to escape, experiment, learn and create! A passion that began as a teenager who cooked for the family as my parents were working late. 

Cooking wasn’t something I became serious about until I opened a small cafe in Sydney’s east which forced me to think on my feet and constantly try new recipes and create some of my own to keep my customers happy. 

 15 years later I am still cooking daily for friends and family and now for you! I have a sweet tooth and a soft spot for classic recipes that I grew up with! “Why re-invent the wheel when the wheels are already turning?” my grandfather the engineer would always say.
