Gavin's homemade 7 Vegetable Pasta Sauce is a truly versatile addition to your freezer. Made from scratch with seven types of vegetables including leek, celery, carrot, zucchini, capsicum, pumpkin and tomato its a genius way to get more vegetables into your diet.
It's perfect to pour over any pasta for a quick and easy meal. This sauce is also great over a baked potato, top your pizza, stuff into a toastie or even as a base for some baked eggs - the options are endless.

🍴 Serves 2 (500g)
Preparation:
1 - Defrost first in the fridge overnight or in the microwave
2 - Microwave for 5-8mins or heat in a saucepan, being careful not to boil
