Davide's Chicken Cacciatore has tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken with a rustic sauce that's made with mushrooms, bacon, carrots and onion. This cacciatore is from Davide's heritage, cooked traditionally without the more commonly seen tomato sauce - and we love it! Served alongside fragrant truffle mash, it's the perfect all in one dish for you to enjoy as a hearty lunch or comforting dinner.

• 🍴 Serves 1

  Preparation:

  1 - Defrost in fridge overnight or remove lid and defrost in microwave

  2 - Give it a gentle stir

  3 - Reheat in the microwave for 3-5 mins or until hot (our foil containers are microwave safe!)

  😋 Best eaten with some crunchy hot bread
