This is Lou’s fresh take on a much-loved classic. Think tender pork, crunchy veggies, and punchy flavours all ready to be bundled into crisp baby cos leaves for the perfect bite. It’s light, wholesome, and full of texture – just the kind of dish that makes you want to go back for seconds.Great as a lighter dinner, a work lunch, or a starter for your next Chinese-inspired spread.

We love to use baby cos instead of the traditional iceberg as they wrap perfectly without the usual breakage risk that comes with iceberg lettuce!

    Reheating Instructions, open pouch before reheating:

    1. Defrost in fridge overnight or in microwave

    2. Reheat for 3-5 minutes or until hot.
