Pasta shells filled generously with creamy ricotta, fresh zucchini, parmesan and fragrant herbs, all nestled in a rich Italian tomato sugo. It's a vegetarian dish that manages to feel both light and deeply satisfying, and the kind of thing you'd happily eat straight from the baking dish.

Grated zucchini folded through ricotta with lemon zest, garlic, thyme and a gentle touch of chilli - it's delicate but full of flavour, with a lovely balance of freshness in every bite. Preparation Instructions

Defrost in the microwave or fridge overnight.

Remove lid & cover with foil.

Place in a 160°C oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
