Gavin's Lamb Casserole, Pumpkin Mash & Green Beans

Cosy up to this homely dish by Gavin. It's a classic homemade lamb casserole just as Grandma wouldmake it with lamb shoulder slow cooked with a mirepoix of vegetables, garlic, herbs and red wine. Served with smooth Pumpkin Mash and Green Beans its an entirely complete meal for one.

  Reheating Instructions:

  1. Defrost meal in microwave or fridge overnight.

  2. Reheat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. (Our foil is microwave safe!)

• Growing up, I was always cooking and creating in the kitchen with my mother, growing fresh produce in our garden, experimenting with dishes at home, and was brought up eating kale, spinach and humous before they were well-known foods!
