Gavin's Classic Shepherds Pie

You can't beat a great traditional Shepherd's Pie - and this is it! Lamb is cooked down with softened carrot and onion, aromatic herbs with pops of peas and topped with creamy mash potato. This is one that will be on regular rotation in your household as it is in mine!

• 🍴 Serves 2 (800g)

  Preparation:

  1 - Cook from frozen, or defrost first
  2 - Preheat oven to 180C, remove lid
  3 -Bake in oven for 45 mins (from frozen) or 30 mins (from defrosted) or until cooked through

  😋 This is a well balanced meal that can be enjoyed on its own or with a fresh salad on the side.

  Ingredients: Lamb mince, onion, carrot, celery, red wine, peas, tomato paste, potato, butter, cream, milk, worcestershire sauce, cornflour, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, vegetable oil
