Gavin's Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder With Quinoa & Salsa Verde

Title: Serves 1

A beautiful dish made with slow cooked lamb shoulders that have been cooked with rosemary, garlic and red wine making them meltingly tender. 

Add garlic and herb roasted carrots with a tri coloured quinoa and homemade salsa verde of fresh herbs including parsley, basil, capers, mustard, garlic, lemon and olive oil. It's the perfect complete meal!

    Reheating Instructions:

    1. Defrost meal in microwave or fridge overnight.

    2. Reheat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. (Our foil is microwave safe!)
