Sometimes you just want the comfort of a Sunday roast without spending the whole afternoon preparing it. Gavin’s slow cooked beef delivers exactly that – all the warmth and satisfaction of a traditional roast dinner, ready in minutes.

The beef brisket is cooked low and slow until it’s meltingly tender, with that irresistible fall-apart texture only proper slow cooking achieves. It’s paired with roasted potato, sweet potato, and pumpkin for sweetness and depth, plus fresh peas for balance. To finish, Gavin adds his rich red wine jus – glossy, full of flavour, and the perfect way to tie everything together. It’s classic comfort food, done properly, and all you need to do is heat and enjoy.

  Reheating Instructions:

  1. Defrost meal in microwave or fridge overnight.

  2. Reheat in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. (Our foil is microwave safe!)
