Gavin's Atlantic Salmon & Leek Pie

Title: Serves 2-3 (800g)

Gavin's fish pie is a classic recipe of Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, cooked with leeks in awhite cream veloute sauce with peas, carrots and tarragon. It is then topped with a whipped mash potato and bread crumbs, to give it that golden crust. It's true comfort food its best, luxurious and rich!

Preparation (from frozen):

Preheat oven to 180C and cook until golden and piping hot:

  • 5-35 minutes (for a single serve)
  • 35-45 minutes (for a double serve)

Ingredients: Tasmanian Atlantic salmon (fish), leek, peas, carrot, eschallot, potato, thyme, bay leaf, tarragon, butter (milk), flour (wheat, gluten), cream (milk), milk, salt, vegetable oil.
