Authentic Korean Comfort Food with Handmade Fermented Kimchi
Experience the depth of flavour only real, traditionally fermented kimchi can bring. Bec’s Kimchi Fried Rice is stir-fried with her own handcrafted kimchi – made using Australian-grown cabbage and vegetables, natural fermentation, and time-honoured Korean methods. The result is a rice dish that’s tangy, spicy, and layered with umami richness you simply can’t achieve with store-bought kimchi.
"I make my kimchi with carefully selected Australian-grown cabbage, fresh vegetables, and a blend of traditional ingredients. My handmade kimchi stays true to its Korean heritage. Each batch is naturally fermented and aged until it reaches the perfect depth of flavour before being used to cook dishes like kimchi fried rice." – Bec
This beloved Korean staple combines fluffy rice with Bec’s aged kimchi, gochujang, and gochugaru for that signature balance of heat, tang, and savoury depth. Add a fried egg or some crisp cucumber on top for extra texture and protein, and you’ve got a meal that’s as nourishing as it is comforting – all in one generous 500g serve.
