Bec's Kimchi Fried Rice

Title: Serves 2

Beautifully stir fried rice with a handmade fermented kimchi for that signature spicy and tangy flavour. Top it with a fried egg and garnish with chopped shallots or cucumber for extra protein and texture. 

"I make my Kimchi with carefully selected Australian grown cabbage, fresh vegetables and a blend of traditional ingredients, my hand made kimchi stays true to its Korean heritage. Each batch is made following traditional recipes and natural fermentation processes. I always make extra kimchi to age until it reaches a certain level of fermentation before using it to cook traditional meals like kimchi fried rice."

  • 🍴 Serves 2 (500g)

    Preparation, open pouch before reheating:

    Step 1 - Defrost first - either in your microwave or overnight

    Step 2 - Reheat in the microwave until hot (approx. 3-4 mins)

    🍳 We recommend serving with a fried egg on top!

    Ingredients: Rice, homemade kimchi, onions, carrots, capsicum, garlic, oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochugaru, gochujang, shallots, pepper.
