This is a Vegan version of a traditional Persian curry with meat that I created for my vegetarian family. Hearty, wholesome and very popular with everyone who appreciates healthy, tasty and full flavour meals. It's a mild child/vegan friendly curry made of Yellow split peas, onion, garlic, carrots and potatoes in sweet and sour tomato sauce, served with Basmati rice.
