The whole boned salmon was absolutely incredible. It came shrinkwrapped in its lovely marinade and chilled in eco-friendly materials. We put it on the barbecue and as wowed our 8 guests a short time later. I highly recommend this chef and this is a great dish if you are hosting but short on time. Just create a side salad and you have a very tasty, nutritious, memorable meal.
The fish was highlight of our lunch ..unfortunately we had times it to cook 35 minutes before serving ...took a lot longer to cook ..so love to know if anyone else got it eatable in 35 minutes
This was the best Food St meal we have ever had. We served for a family lunch on Boxing Day and everybody raved about the delicious flavours-even guests who are usually "not too fussed" about Salmon.. So easy to cook on the BBQ for a truly spectacular result. Fed 12 easily with some left over to serve with crackers & cheese the next day. This is a great meal for any special occasion
We served the whole boned Salmon for Christmas lunch and it was so delicious. Full of flavour, and more than enough to feed 10, with some to savour the following day. Cooked straight on the BBQ in the foil for 45 min and served with sides, everyone agreed it’s a winner. It will be our hero dish next Christmas too!
