Ingredients: Salmon, butter, olive oil, onions, salt, ginger, pine nuts, dill, dates, rice, prosciutto

Cooking Instructions: Remove outer vacuum seal packaging, but ensure foil is kept in tact (re-wrap in foil if damaged ensuring no holes). Preheat BBQ or oven to a moderate heat (approx 180 deg). Bake for approx 30 - 35 mins or until flesh is cooked through when pierced with a fork.
