This dish delivered both on flavour and texture. A delicious combination of tender chicken, crunchy celery and cashews served with jasmine rice. Our meal was delivered on time to our door and I loved having the night off from the stove!
Just had this dish for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was so tender, and it was complemented by the crunchy celery, toasted nuts and the delicious ginger sauce. My kids smashed it down, and even ate all the celery which is unusual. I would definitely order this again.
