Plant Based Shepherds Pie (V)

This is an absolutely delicious vegan, flourless, vegetarian dish. Its a meal we made when there were leftovers items in the fridge. It is a childhood favourite and it has everything you need for a balanced meal in one spoonful. Delicious! Made with vegetable protein, and a mix of fresh vegetables and then topped with a delicious potato mash, this is a fantastic mid week meal.

  • Preparation (cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 3 - Bake 40mins (Single) to 50mins (Double)

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad

    Ingredients: Vegetable protein, chick peas, mixed vegetables, zucchini, potato, onion, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, garlic

    Contains: Soy products
