Vegetarian Chilli

This hearty Vegetarian Chilli is full of flavour and is the perfect accompaniment to a jacket potato or served with any Mexican Main, to fill Tacos or even a salad.

I made this dish for vegetarians who were looking for a bit of spice in their menu's. It provides that punch without being overpowering. A lovely balance of flavours and a little chilli brings warmth to the plate and smiles to faces.

Comes in a 500ml container, plenty of chilli for 2 people.

Spice level = Spicy¬†ūüĆ∂ūüĆ∂

Ingredients: Cinnamon quill, peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seed, carrot, red capsicum, fresh coriander, brown onion, garlic, chilli, olive oil, tomato, chickpeas, cannellini beans, kidney beans, tomato paste, vegetable stock, chilli flakes.

Reheating Instructions: After defrosting reheat in microwave for a few minutes on high or place into a small saucepan on the stove until heated through.
