Vegetarian Autumn Lasagna

Size Guide

This simple yet delicious lasagna is a clever twist on the classic. Combining seasonal vegetables with a creamy bechamel sauce and layers of lasagne sheets, you’ll be licking your plate clean! I love to recreate traditional dishes, and I’m always inspired by fresh seasonal produce. This dish is now a family favourite.

Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt

Reheating Instructions:

Cook from frozen or defrost overnight. Place in oven for 30-40 mins (if defrosted) or 1 hour (if frozen) 180 - 200 degrees until cooked through and golden on top. (oven temperatures range in heat so please just check for when the lasagne is heated through).

Tasty but portion wasn’t big enough for us

The flavours were light yet cheesy, we enjoyed it but I thought the portion size was too small. I needed to cook something on the side to fill us up

The perfect comfort food

This delicious lasagne is the perfect balance in comfort food mixed with some healthy vegetables to leave you feeling rather content! Definitely recommend!

Really, really good!

This was by far the best vegetarian lasagna my husband and l have ever had. It didnt look half as good as it tasted. Will be ordering again real soon.
