This simple yet delicious lasagna is a clever twist on the classic. Combining seasonal vegetables with a creamy bechamel sauce and layers of lasagne sheets, you’ll be licking your plate clean! I love to recreate traditional dishes, and I’m always inspired by fresh seasonal produce. This dish is now a family favourite.

Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt

Reheating Instructions:

Defrost overnight in fridge. Place in oven for 30-40 mins 180 - 200 degrees until cooked through and golden on top.

The perfect comfort food

This delicious lasagne is the perfect balance in comfort food mixed with some healthy vegetables to leave you feeling rather content! Definitely recommend!

Really, really good!

This was by far the best vegetarian lasagna my husband and l have ever had. It didnt look half as good as it tasted. Will be ordering again real soon.
