Vegetable Saagu is a mixed vegetable curry that is made with a blend of coconut, fennel seeds, cloves, chillies, ginger and garlic. It’s a spicy dish and can be quite hot. Back home in Mysuru, my home-town, mom used to make Poori's (fried Indian bread) and Vegetable Saagu for brunch on Sundays. The siestas after that were deep and full of nice dreams!
Preparation: Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge Step 2 - Microwave until heated through (approx 5-6 mins)
