This is a very famous snack food in the Middle East. The Turkish Lahmajun is a flatbread baked with a topping of finely minced meat, parsley, onions, garlic, mint and tomato. This is a very different flavour to the Aleppo Lahmajun I have listed separately. If you buy 5, I will throw in a yoghurt drink which is traditionally served with Lahmajun.
