Tomato Pie (Vg)

In our house we love Tomato's! My grand kids are always hungry after school so I will have this delicious pie all cooked, cut into slices and ready to eat. You can have this pie for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's so versatile, light and fresh. My family loves it and I hope yours will as well. Yummy! I make the pie crust from scratch and use the freshest filling ingredients. Enjoy!

  • 🍴 Serves 1-2 (20cms, 650g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost 30mins ahead
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 3 - Bake 15-20mins

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad

    Ingredients: wheat flour, vegetable oil, water, salt, yeast, tomato, basil, red onion, cheddar cheese (light), mayonnaise, salt, pepper

Deliciously different!

I really enjoyed this pie!
I am vegetarian and have not had a tomato pie before- such a lovely change from quiche, frittata etc
