Nat's Spinach & Ricotta Pierogi (Vg, x8)

Spinach and ricotta is combined with salty feta and hand rolled in delicate pastry. These are then ready to be boiled and topped with the buttery onion mix and a good serve of sour cream. Whilst this filling isn't traditional for pierogi, I've taken the recipe that has been passed down from my Babi and made it my own with a twist. These dumplings have passed my toughest critic (my Mother) and she's given the tick of approval!

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):
    Step 1 - Boil frozen pierogi for 3-5 mins or until they rise to the surface and float.
    Step 2 - Remove and drain immediately
    Step 3 - Microwave sauce aside for about 1min

    🥗 Best served with a side of sour cream and a crisp green salad

    Ingredients: Spinach, Onion, Butter, Ricotta, White pepper, Fetta, Butter, Onion, Egg, Flour, Cornflour
