This beautiful, vibrantly coloured tart is a real showstopper. It gets it's gorgeous colour from a blend of fresh spinach and herbs that are mixed with two cheeses and horseradish and then baked in a homemade pastry. Yes, it is vegetarian but we promise with flavours like this you won't be missing the meat!
This is a beautiful tart to bring out when entertaining or simply eat for a meat-free lunch or dinner. The whole tart serves 8 adults and is best served with a side salad (salad not included).
To reheat from frozen, remove from freezer at least 1 hour before serving and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 deg until warmed through (about 15-20 mins)
