Slow Roasted Pork Belly

Apple brined, rubbed in Fennel seed, then slow roasted for 3-4 hours. Then the heat is turned up to produce the most crackly crackling ever :-). The pork is cooked on top of fennel bulb, onions and apple with white wine to make a yummy sauce. I am also happy to prepare a side dish of roasted veggies if required, This dish takes at least 24 hours to prepare so notice is required. Serves 3-4 (Comes with a free gift from my friends Hunter Vineyard)
  • Pickup and School Delivery are free. Delivery in your local area is at a flat rate of $4.95 per meal pickup. Delivery is limited to specific postcodes and is only offered as an option at checkout if you are within the delivery area. If you are not in the delivery area you can choose to pickup your order.

As a guide:

Protein per serve = 150 - 200g 
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"
