Slow Cooked Beef with Carrot Puree and Sage Butter

This divine slow-cooked beef dish is the ultimate in homemade luxury. It is the result of countless experiments to perfect the best "melt-in-your-mouth" beef dish.  I tested different beef cuts, cooking techniques and recipes and hunted down the best ingredients to end up with this masterpiece.  Teamed with a carrot puree and then drizzled with sage butter, you will be left wanting more..

To reheat: Defrost overnight in your your refrigerator or by using the defrost function on your microwave. Then reheat gently until piping hot.
