Inspired by a dish my grandfather used to make when I wasn't well, this heart-warming stew has slow-braised tender chunks of beef, with carrot and potatoes in a ginger, garlic and onion master stock. Like a warm hug, it will nourish, strengthen and fill you up. I crave this dish often, and I believe that you will too! Served with Steamed Jasmine Rice or Shanghai Wheat Noodles, you can select your preference below. TIP: order a larger batch and freeze half of it, as it reheats well.
