To Cook: Thaw in fridge overnight. On high heat, place 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan until oil starts to smoke. Add sisig to the pan and mix frequently. Once it starts to pop, mix one last time then turn heat to low and cover for 2 minutes. Optional: Add an egg or two after mixing for the last time.
Serving suggestion: Eat together with steamed white rice or corn tortilla (not included) Garnish with diced red onions, sliced jalapenos, lime wedge and/or spring onions.
